This move comes as the retailer strengthens its omni-channel presence and builds stronger brand momentum across India.

Lavin brings strong expertise in brand building, media strategy, campaign leadership, and consumer marketing. Prior to this, she served as Senior Director – Brand Marketing at Tata Digital, where she played a key role in building Tata Neu from the ground up. She led sustained brand growth, shaped a future-ready brand architecture, and drove gains in awareness, consideration, and app installs.

She also led Tata Neu’s brand positioning refresh, directed high-impact IPL campaigns, and built the brand architecture for the financial services vertical, including the creation of NeuMoney.

Earlier, Lavin built a strong marketing career at People Interactive, where she held roles including Associate Director Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager. She led brand marketing for Shaadi.com and its regional brands across ATL and BTL campaigns, market research, brand tracking, and social media strategy.

She also led national TV campaigns, expanded the brand’s international presence, and drove IPL strategies and film partnerships. Her work on campaigns like #NotForSale, #WantedFairBridesAndGrooms, and #KaaliDal earned multiple industry awards.

Earlier, she spent over 5 years at Hindustan Times, where she served as Senior Manager – Brand Solutions and Deputy Manager – Media Marketing. She drove revenue growth through media partnerships, editorial innovations, print campaigns, and integrated initiatives across FMCG, media, automobile, and consumer sectors.

She also worked at Indus Towers Limited as Assistant Manager – Business Development, managing key accounts and driving growth. She completed a Summer Internship at ICICI Bank in the wealth management division, contributing to customer experience and marketing strategies for HNI clients.

Lavin began her career at Siemens as Executive – Marketing, handling pre-sales support, product training, pricing, and order coordination across India and Taiwan.

Her career reflects strong experience across brand marketing, media strategy, digital growth, partnerships, and business development, bringing a high-impact marketing perspective to her new role at Croma.
