A major milestone in his career was his ten year tenure at Equitas Small Finance Bank. During this period, he led Strategy, Investor Relations, Analytics, and Customer Experience functions. Mohan’s work supported the organisation’s growth and expansion. The statement added that “His decade long tenure at Equitas Small Finance Bank, where he led Strategy, IR, Analytics, and CE, played a key role in the institution’s transition from a microfinance entity to a robust small finance bank.” This experience prepares him to build sustainable strategic programmes at Veritas Finance.
Over the years, Mohan has worked closely with senior leadership and board level stakeholders in wealth management, business strategy, product innovation, and operational improvement. Before joining Veritas Finance, Mohan held leadership roles at Anand Rathi Securities, Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, Pioneer Investcorp Ltd, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, and Ma Foi Consulting Solutions Ltd. His work covered business planning, distribution strategy, advisory services, and organisational growth.
