This appointment strengthens ZingHR’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its footprint across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other global markets.
In her new role, Pathak will lead initiatives focused on growth marketing, brand visibility, customer engagement, demand generation, and market expansion. Her appointment comes at a time when ZingHR is accelerating its growth as a global HR technology platform serving enterprises across multiple regions.
Sharing her excitement about the new role, Pathak said she is delighted to be part of the vision being driven by Prasad Rajappan and the broader ZingHR team.
With nearly 20 years of experience spanning growth marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, thought leadership, community building, and strategic HR initiatives, Pathak brings a unique combination of marketing and human resources expertise. Throughout her career, she has worked on strengthening brand visibility, building customer engagement, creating thought leadership platforms, and driving business growth through innovative talent and marketing strategies.
Prior to joining ZingHR, she served as Marketing Leader – India at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she led initiatives focused on thought leadership, reputation building, event ecosystems, demand generation, and research-driven growth programs. Her contributions helped strengthen market presence, deepen customer engagement, and build strategic partnerships within the learning and talent technology ecosystem.
Earlier, Pathak worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Vice President – Human Resources and was part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. In this role, she led campus hiring programs, diversity recruitment initiatives, employer branding projects, and ESG-related talent strategies, supporting the bank’s talent acquisition and workforce development objectives.
She also served as Assistant Vice President – Change & Engagement at EdCast, where she focused on enhancing brand equity, driving social media engagement, developing thought leadership initiatives, and building professional communities. Her efforts contributed significantly to strengthening the company’s visibility and reputation across key markets.
Pathak’s career also includes leadership roles at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., where she led university relations and employer branding initiatives. She has also worked with TMP Worldwide, advising organizations on employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
Earlier in her career, she held positions at Deutsche Bank, Marico Limited, and TeamLease Services, gaining valuable experience across talent acquisition, recruitment, employer branding, stakeholder engagement, and HR transformation.
An alumna of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Pathak holds an MBA in Human Resources. Her diverse background across HR, marketing, branding, and business transformation positions her strongly to support ZingHR’s next phase of growth and market leadership.
