As it advances its vision of building an autonomous service workforce, Zendesk has announced the appointment of Tifenn Dano Kwan as its new Chief Marketing Officer.

In her new role, Kwan will lead Zendesk’s global marketing organization, with a focus on strengthening market differentiation, accelerating pipeline growth and supporting the company’s next phase of AI-driven expansion.

Kwan joins Zendesk from Amplitude, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer and helped guide the company’s transition into an AI-native analytics platform. During her tenure, website traffic grew by 52% year-over-year, while she built a global marketing engine that generated more than one-third of the company’s marketing-sourced pipeline.

Before Amplitude, Kwan held senior leadership positions at SAP, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer for both SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. She also held leadership roles at Collibra and Dropbox, contributing to growth, brand development and go-to-market strategies.
