Niharika Gautam has joined YES BANK as Assistant Vice President – HRBP & Talent Acquisition, bringing more than a decade of experience across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, regional HR, recruitment, employee engagement and workforce support.
Before joining YES BANK, Gautam spent nearly 5 years with Kotak Mahindra Bank, where she progressed from Manager – Human Resources to Senior Manager – Human Resources. Her tenure strengthened her experience in banking-sector HR and people management, with responsibilities spanning core human resources and business partnering.
Earlier, Gautam spent more than 4 years with Aavas Financiers Ltd in Regional Human Resources, where she gained experience across regional HR operations and workforce support.
Before that, she worked independently as an HR Consultant and earlier served as HR Executive at Unitechnosys. In that role, she handled recruitment across sectors including IT, sales and marketing, BPO, banking, finance, telecom, automobile, pharmaceutical and hospitality.
Gautam began her career in talent acquisition with Gallop & Bounce HR Services Pvt. Ltd., gaining early experience in recruitment and human capital services.
Over the course of her career, she has developed expertise across talent acquisition and HR operations, progressing into senior HR roles within the banking and financial services sector.
In her new role at YES BANK, Gautam will bring her experience across banking, financial services and recruitment, with a focus on business-aligned HR and talent acquisition priorities.
