In her expanded role, Yasmin will continue leading labor and employment legal matters while supporting the organization’s global workforce strategies and ensuring compliance with evolving employment regulations.
Yasmin has been associated with The Coca-Cola Company for more than 3 years and has steadily progressed through several leadership positions within the legal department. Most recently, she served as Director, Legal Counsel – Labor & Employment, where she advised on complex employment law matters, employee relations, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Yasmin held multiple legal positions at the Internal Revenue Service, including Senior Labor and Employment Attorney. During her tenure, she represented the agency in employment litigation before regulatory authorities such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board. She also worked closely with the Department of Justice on federal court matters.
Her responsibilities included advising leadership on discrimination issues, labor relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Earlier in her career, Yasmin worked with Insley & Race LLC and Miller & Martin PLLC, where she developed expertise in litigation, employment law, and legal research.
Yasmin holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a Health Law Certificate from Georgia State University College of Law.
