Bala Aiyaswamy brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across human resources, organizational transformation, leadership development, workforce modernization, culture building, operating model redesign, and strategic business partnering. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives, organization design programs, M&A integration efforts, and capability-building interventions across complex business environments.
Known for combining strategic vision with strong execution capabilities, Bala has worked closely with Boards and leadership teams to align people strategies with business priorities, strengthen organizational capability, and build high-performance cultures during periods of growth and change.
In his new role, Bala will lead Wockhardt’s global people and culture agenda with a focus on organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, employee experience, talent strategy, and building a future-ready workforce aligned with the company’s long-term innovation-driven growth plans.
