Yadav brings more than 14 years of experience across banking, financial services, consulting, analytics and business intelligence. Her appointment marks the next milestone in a career built on progressive leadership and expertise in analytical and strategic roles.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Yadav spent more than 7 years at Evalueserve, where she steadily progressed through multiple positions, including Senior Analyst, Lead Analyst and Manager. During her tenure, she took on increasing responsibilities, reflecting consistent professional growth across analytics, client delivery and managerial functions.

Earlier, she worked with KPMG Global Services as a Senior Analyst for nearly 4 years, contributing to analytical and consulting initiatives. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Associate at WNS Global Services, where she built a strong foundation in business analytics and financial services.

Yadav holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Finance from EMPI Business School, New Delhi, further strengthening her expertise in data-driven decision-making and financial analysis.

Her appointment at Wells Fargo reflects the organization’s focus on strengthening its leadership team with professionals who bring deep analytical capabilities, industry experience and a proven track record of growth across the banking and financial services sector.
