This promotion follows his successful tenure in several key leadership positions across the Vedanta Group, where he has played an important role in driving commercial strategy, project execution, and business growth.
Prior to this elevation, Tushar served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – Growth Project at Vedanta | FACOR. He has also held leadership roles including Chief Commercial Officer – Glass Project at Vedanta Group, Interim Chief Commercial Officer, VL Jharsuguda, and Chief Commercial Officer Projects & Capex – VL Jharsuguda at Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited Business.
Over the course of his career, he has contributed to multiple strategic initiatives across the Vedanta ecosystem. His experience includes leadership responsibilities in Project Development & Package Finalization – Group Projects, Project Conceptualization & Management – Group Projects, and Project Planning & Control – Aluminium Projects at Vedanta Ltd.
Earlier in his professional journey, Tushar held technical and operational roles as Process Controller – Alumina Refinery and Process Engineer – Alumina Refinery at Vedanta Limited – Aluminium Business.
With extensive experience spanning procurement, commercial operations, project management, supply chain, and large-scale industrial projects, Tushar brings a strong blend of strategic and operational expertise to his new role. His appointment is expected to further strengthen the commercial capabilities and growth initiatives of the Facor Business.
