In his expanded leadership role, Turang will continue supporting strategic growth and transformation across the diversified Godrej business ecosystem.
Prior to this promotion, Turang served as General Manager at Godrej Industries Group, following his earlier role as Deputy General Manager. Over nearly 5 years with the Group, he has played a key role in driving operational leadership, delivery excellence and technology-led business initiatives.
Before joining Godrej Industries Group, Turang spent more than 5 years at IBM India as Delivery Project Executive, where he led large-scale program management and service delivery initiatives. During this period, he developed extensive expertise in project execution, customer engagement, operational efficiency and business performance across enterprise technology environments.
Earlier, Turang served as Senior Manager – Head IT and Admin at Bank of India Mutual Fund, leading IT and administration functions for BOI AXA operations. He also held the position of Delivery Project Manager at IBM, focusing on project management and customer experience initiatives.
His professional journey further includes leadership roles at AXA Technology Services, Dell Technologies and Foundever, where he built strong expertise in IT services, delivery management, operations and team leadership.
With more than 20 years of experience across IT services, project management, enterprise operations and transformation leadership, Turang brings deep operational and technology expertise to his expanded role at Godrej Industries Group.
