Rahul brings 25+ years of experience in banking and capital markets, having worked with global institutions such as Citibank, Deutsche Bank, and HDFC Bank. In his new role, he will lead the development and expansion of TransBnk’s treasury and liquidity solutions across domestic and cross-border markets. His focus will be on driving innovation and delivering scalable solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
Over his career, Rahul has held senior leadership roles across global and domestic banks. He has deep expertise in capital markets, derivatives, and corporate sales. He has led both sales and solutions functions, building a strong end-to-end understanding of scaling treasury businesses across complex, multi-geography environments.
Most recently, he served as Managing Director & Head – Corporate Sales and Solutions at Citi, overseeing India Sub-Continent and Taiwan. During his 17-year tenure, he led corporate sales and structuring solutions, working with a wide range of clients on hedging, liquidity, and capital markets strategies.
