Anand Tomar has joined Theobroma Foods Private Limited as Chief Technology Officer, bringing extensive experience in IT leadership from organisations including McDonald’s and Allied Blenders & Distillers. His appointment comes as the bakery brand continues to expand and strengthen its technology capabilities.
Tomar is an experienced IT professional with expertise in managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, enterprise IT operations, information security and procurement. He has worked on aligning technology initiatives with business priorities while focusing on quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery.
His areas of expertise include IT project management, SAP, process optimisation, team management, vendor management, budgeting, procurement, virtualisation, cloud, PCI DSS, privacy and information security.
In his new role, Tomar will focus on strengthening Theobroma’s technology foundation as the brand scales. His experience across IT operations, security, procurement and enterprise technology will support the company’s evolving business requirements.
