Hyderabad: As Hyderabad continues to attract Global Capability Centres (GCCs), Syneriq Global inaugurated its new GCC for AI Products, Solutions, and Consulting Services in the city on Wednesday, with support from Mergen Global.
The cutting-edge facility spans 40,000 square feet and represents an investment of Rs 50 crore, enhancing Syneriq Global’s standing in the international digital landscape. The company also introduced its new AI platform, Zyrix, aimed at fostering innovation and improving product engineering.
For over a decade, Syneriq Global has been at the forefront of Digital Transformation, providing specialized services in Product Engineering and Quality Engineering, along with expertise in Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks, and Snowflake. The company is dedicated to helping businesses create future-ready solutions. Additionally, Kairos Technologies, a subsidiary of Syneriq, was honored with the AI Game Changer Award from NASSCOM in 2024.
Telangana IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu officially opened the facility on Wednesday, joined by other dignitaries and Syneriq Global’s leadership team. The company showcased its latest AI-powered digital platforms and solutions, including Zyrix, KiTAP, and DQ Gateway, all developed by its innovation team in Hyderabad.
To enhance its agility and scalability in meeting global customer demands, Syneriq Global plans to double its workforce to 1,500 employees across its international locations. Syneriq Global operates as a global enterprise with a network of technology companies in the United States, Mexico, Canada, South Africa, Hyderabad, and Vishakhapatnam.

Syneriq Global was established by Sudhakar Pennam, a serial entrepreneur recognized for his business insight and successful startups. He significantly influenced the company during his time as CEO of Cigniti, which was subsequently acquired by Coforge.
