In her new global role, Ghosh will lead the design and execution of skills architecture frameworks, supporting the shift from traditional job-based models to skills-led talent ecosystems. Her mandate focuses on enabling how talent grows, connects, and contributes across the organisation.
Ghosh has been with Standard Chartered for over 10 years, building strong experience across talent strategy, organisation design, and HR transformation. Most recently, she served as Director – Group Talent, where she was Global Product Owner of the Talent Marketplace. In this role, she drove digital talent platforms, internal mobility, and future-ready workforce initiatives.
Prior to that, she was Director – Group Organisation Design, leading global frameworks and supporting large-scale transformation and business optimisation efforts.
Ghosh also held the position of Senior Manager – Succession Planning & Talent Review, where she implemented global succession frameworks and talent strategies for critical roles across the bank.
Earlier in her career at the organisation, Ghosh worked across Talent Management and Talent Engagement, contributing to graduate programmes, leadership development, and large-scale talent analytics initiatives.
Ghosh began her HR career at Easy Bill Limited, where she built foundational experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee lifecycle processes.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
Her promotion reflects Standard Chartered’s continued investment in building a future-ready, skills-powered organisation and strengthening its global talent strategy.
