In this role, Naha oversees more than 1,500 personnel across Digital & Cyber, Transmission, Generation, Industrial Applications, and large EPC project execution. He is also leading the Digital Business Line, covering product management, digital grid business, robotics and physical AI, controls and digitalisation for gas services, along with innovation and venture clienting.

Before this appointment, Naha served as General Manager – Digital Products, Solutions & Project Execution at Siemens Energy. He led global teams in power plant and transmission projects, established advanced engineering processes for HVDC and grid access projects, and drove digital initiatives including autonomous operations, digital twins, BIM methodologies, robotics, and remote inspections. He also contributed to business models supporting sustainable energy transition and worked as a Venture Partner focused on manufacturing and generative AI.

His contributions include leading global innovation-to-sales-to-execution lifecycles for autonomous operations and generating over EUR 1 Mn in first-year revenues for robotics and digital asset management services across Asia and Europe. He also created EUR 33 Mn in business impact for Siemens Energy Ventures between FY23 and FY25, led a major digital transformation programme to stabilise EPC project business, and delivered cost-saving pilots in project execution. Additionally, he established and led a digital competence hub in India with defined service-level agreements.

Prior to Siemens Energy, Naha held senior leadership roles at Siemens. As General Manager – Project Execution & Sustainability, he led competency development, resource management, and leadership across EPC segments including mechanical, civil, plant layout, piping, and boiler. He also contributed to supply chain strategy, sustainability-linked business cases, digital transformation, and global portfolio strategy, while advising leadership on new business opportunities. He received the Global Business Unit Excellence Award and was recognised among Siemens’ Global Top Talent.

Earlier, Naha served as Chief Global Manager & Department Head (Mechanical & Boiler) at Siemens AG in Austria, managing intercontinental engineering and business operations with P&L responsibility. His work spanned project management, supply chain optimisation, proposal engineering, strategic planning, and quality processes across Europe and Asia, where he delivered significant cost savings and earned multiple international recognitions.

Naha also held earlier roles at Siemens across India, Australia, Germany, and Austria, building extensive global experience in engineering and project execution.
