Reinforcing its long-term commitment to India, S&P Global has opened a new office in Downtown Gurugram, underlining the country’s growing role as a major centre for talent and innovation.
S&P Global has inaugurated a new facility in Gurugram as part of its expansion strategy in India, where the company already has a workforce of over 16,000 employees. The new office signals India’s importance in supporting global operations and driving innovation.
The office spans 1,90,000 square feet and is designed to accommodate more than 3,500 employees. It will operate on a hybrid work model, bringing together teams across technology, data, operations, and customer success functions.
The inauguration ceremony was led by senior leaders including Saugata Saha, Yann Le Pallec, and Seth Fox.
Saugata Saha said that India continues to be a key hub backed by strong talent, playing a crucial role in the company’s global strategy and in delivering impactful solutions.
Nilam Patel added that the new workspace reflects a people-first approach. It is designed to encourage collaboration, boost innovation, and support employee wellbeing.
The new office features advanced collaboration areas, technology-enabled workspaces, creative zones, and wellness facilities. Teams based here will support several divisions such as S&P Global Ratings, Market Intelligence, Enterprise Data Organisation, and other global functions.
This new hub highlights S&P Global’s continued focus on strengthening talent, building capabilities, and delivering essential intelligence to clients worldwide.
