Sonata Software has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Hariprasad Rebala, also known as Hari, as Chief AI Officer.
The move comes as the company works to embed artificial intelligence across its business, technology platforms and client solutions.
In his new role, Hari will lead Sonata’s end-to-end AI-led business transformation. His responsibilities will cover AI strategy across offerings, service delivery, platforms, capabilities, ecosystem and partnerships.
His focus will be on driving AI-led business outcomes and AI-native delivery, helping enterprises move beyond AI adoption and turn it into faster execution and measurable business value.
Hari brings more than 30 years of experience across IT services, enterprise technology and the startup ecosystem. Most recently, he served as Chief of AI Solutions and Growth at a deep-tech AI startup.
Earlier, he co-founded Forfend, where he worked on IoT and conversational AI platforms. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Mindtree, Capgemini and Wipro. Across these organisations, he scaled businesses, developed industry practices and led large transformation programmes, particularly in Banking and Financial Services.
