Indranil brings nearly 10 years of experience spanning customer experience, product management, business strategy, consulting and operational transformation. Before joining Snabbit, he was with Swiggy, where he played a key role in building and scaling customer experience functions. He worked closely with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable operational practices that supported business growth.
