In this role, Srikanth will collaborate closely with Fortune 500 organizations to drive end-to-end business transformation. His mandate includes helping enterprises rethink operating models, adopt AI-driven customer engagement, and build autonomous capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes in an increasingly agentic future.
Akkiraju brings extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise IT, and global technology leadership. He joins ServiceNow with a strong track record of leading complex, high-impact transformation initiatives across global organizations.
Prior to this appointment, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Philips. His positions included Global Chief Information Officer – Commercial and Global Chief Digital & Information Officer – Healthcare Informatics Business. During his tenure, he led large-scale digital transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA transformation, AI-driven initiatives, and enterprise-wide technology modernization. He also managed global teams and held significant P&L responsibilities.
Earlier at Philips, Srikanth Akkiraju served as Global Head of Data & Analytics (CDO) and Global Head of IT Software & Solutions. In these roles, he drove enterprise data strategies, built advanced analytics capabilities, and delivered transformation programs across global business units.
Before Philips, he worked at Accenture as Manager – IT Strategy, Infrastructure & Security. There, he led complex transformation and compliance programs for global clients.
He began his career in technology roles at the University of Twente and AU-KBC Research Center, where he developed strong expertise in information security, data systems, and network technologies.
Akkiraju holds an Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Master’s degree in Wireless Communications from the University of Leeds.
