Murali Urs takes charge of channel leadership at SentinelOne for India & SAARC

SentinelOne has appointed Murali Urs as Director – Channels, India & SAARC, bringing a strong track record in cybersecurity, enterprise sales and channel leadership to the role.

Urs joins the company with extensive experience in building partner ecosystems, expanding businesses and driving enterprise growth. Before this appointment, he served as Country Manager – India & SAARC at BeyondTrust and held the position of Regional Sales Director at CrowdStrike. He has also worked in Security Sales – India at ServiceNow and served as Country Manager – India at Barracuda Networks.

Earlier in his career, Urs held leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Symantec and McAfee. His experience across these organisations covered enterprise sales, channels, alliances, product management and strategic accounts.

Urs began his professional journey with Softcell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Branch Manager. He later worked as Sales Manager at Datapro and Territory Manager at Binary Semantics. Across these roles, he focused on market expansion, sales growth, partnerships and business development.

In his new role at SentinelOne, his experience across cybersecurity and partner-led business growth is expected to support the company’s channel strategy across India and the SAARC region.
