Marking a major leadership elevation in his nearly 9-year journey with the company, in his new dual-role position, Saurabh will lead the company’s pan-India HR Business Partner strategy while also overseeing the HR Shared Services ecosystem. His responsibilities include payroll management, benefits administration, statutory compliance, HR digital transformation, AI integration, and future-ready workforce strategies.
Over the years, Saurabh has progressed through several strategic HR leadership positions at Bajaj General Insurance, including Senior Vice President and Head HR Business Partner, Head HR Business Partner, and Vice President and Head Talent Acquisition.
During his tenure, he has played a key role in modernizing the company’s HR operations through technology-driven initiatives. His contributions include implementing robotics in talent acquisition, advancing digital HR transformation, improving workforce planning, and introducing digital-first governance frameworks.
Before joining Bajaj General Insurance, Saurabh held HR and talent acquisition leadership roles at UBS, Deutsche Bank, Infosys BPM, HSBC Global Technology, EXL Service, and Suzlon Energy. Across these organizations, he developed expertise in recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, organizational development, automation, succession planning, and business-focused people management.
Saurabh holds a PGDHRM in Human Resource Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
