Santhosh Kumar K has been promoted to Chief Application Officer at Muthoot Microfin.
With over 17 years of experience, he has built strong expertise in application management, enterprise technology, digital transformation, and IT leadership.
Before taking on this role, he served as Vice President – Information Technology at Muthoot Microfin, where he played a key role in driving technology modernization and leading digital transformation initiatives. During his journey with the organization, he also held leadership positions as Senior Associate Vice President – IT and Chief Manager – IT, contributing to several strategic technology functions.
Earlier in his career, Santhosh Kumar K worked as a Software Engineer at Globees Solutions, where he began building his foundation in enterprise technology.
Over the years, he has developed expertise in application strategy, enterprise solutions, database management, and digital innovation. His appointment as Chief Application Officer reflects his extensive experience in leading technology initiatives and strengthening enterprise applications.
