Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. has announced plans to set up a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, further strengthening its global operations and innovation presence in India.
The new facility is expected to become operational in the second half of 2026 and will gradually scale to hundreds of roles over the coming years. The centre will support a wide range of capabilities, including biotechnology, artificial intelligence, digital technologies and analytics.
The Hyderabad GCC builds on Regeneron’s existing presence in Bengaluru, which was established in 2022, and reflects the company’s long-term commitment to leveraging India’s growing talent pool in life sciences and technology.
The new centre is expected to play a key role in supporting Regeneron’s global innovation and business objectives while contributing to the expansion of advanced research, technology and analytics capabilities.
The announcement also reinforces Hyderabad’s growing status as a major hub for Global Capability Centres. With more than 450 GCCs already operating in the city, Hyderabad continues to attract multinational organizations looking to tap into its strong ecosystem for life sciences, innovation and digital transformation.
Regeneron’s investment further highlights the increasing importance of India as a strategic destination for global enterprises seeking specialized talent and innovation-driven growth.
