ANSR and HFS Research unveil GCC Quotient to benchmark AI-ready Global Capability Centers

ANSR and HFS Research have partnered to introduce GCC Quotient (GQ), a strategic framework designed to define, measure and benchmark Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in an increasingly AI-driven business environment.

The initiative aims to provide enterprises with a structured approach to navigating evolving operating models and enterprise transformation. GCC Quotient will offer unified GCC definitions, AI-first maturity frameworks, AI readiness blueprints, demand-side research and GCC success stories to help organizations assess and strengthen their capabilities.

Commenting on the launch, Vikram Ahuja, Co-founder, ANSR, said that artificial intelligence is fundamentally transforming the way GCCs operate, distribute work and shape future workforce requirements. He noted that enterprises must build the right talent strategies and operating models to remain competitive in this changing landscape.

Saurabh Gupta, President, HFS Research, said the collaboration is intended to provide organizations with a unified and credible roadmap for the future of the GCC model in an AI-driven world.

The framework is expected to support enterprises in evaluating their AI readiness, operational maturity and transformation progress while helping them adapt to the growing influence of AI across business functions.

The launch highlights the increasing focus on creating standardized benchmarks and best practices as GCCs evolve from traditional support centers into strategic hubs for innovation, digital transformation and business value creation.
