Marking a major step in its global expansion strategy, U.S.-based Redwood Software has set up its India technology centre in Hyderabad.
The new facility spans 30,000 sq. ft. and is designed to support full-stack engineering, product innovation, and global operations. It aims to strengthen the company’s technical capabilities and innovation pipeline.
The Hyderabad centre will serve as a strategic hub for innovation. It will help accelerate Redwood Software’s agentic orchestration roadmap and improve service delivery for more than 7,000 customers across over 150 countries.
The company is also focusing on AI-powered automation through this centre. It is expected to boost capabilities in managing mission-critical operations across complex hybrid IT environments.
As part of its growth plans, Redwood Software will expand its workforce in India. The company plans to hire more than 300 employees by the end of 2027. These roles will span engineering, cloud, and business operations.
Sharing insights on the expansion, CEO Kevin Greene said the Hyderabad centre will play a key role in advancing agentic AI innovation and global product development. India Country Head Rajkumar Paulraj highlighted Hyderabad’s strong talent ecosystem and its ability to scale operations efficiently.
The new centre strengthens Redwood Software’s global innovation and delivery network. It also positions India as a key hub for AI-driven enterprise operations.
