Raja Pamidi (PR) has been promoted to Associate Director at NTT DATA Business Solutions, marking the latest milestone in his more than 11-year journey with the company.
Since joining NTT DATA Business Solutions, Raja has held several leadership roles, including Senior Account Delivery Manager – Staffing Business and Manager – Talent Acquisition. During his tenure, he has led staffing operations, account delivery, talent acquisition and client engagement initiatives, contributing to the company’s talent and business growth strategies.
Before joining NTT DATA Business Solutions, Raja served as Account Manager – TAG at Nexwave, Human Resource – Talent Acquisition at SP Software (P) Ltd., Senior Recruitment Consultant at Adecco, and IT Recruiter at vCentric Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in end-to-end recruitment, IT staffing, client management, account delivery, workforce planning and team leadership. His broad experience across talent acquisition and staffing operations positions him well to support NTT DATA Business Solutions’ continued growth and client success.
