Ale joins Radiant with extensive international experience across corporate finance, investor relations, M&A, strategic growth, venture investing, and operational leadership.

Before joining Radiant, he served as Vice President, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at PsiQuantum, where he supported corporate finance strategy and investor engagement for the quantum computing company.

Earlier in his career, Ale held CFO and board leadership positions at Legl and Toqio, leading financial operations, governance, strategic scaling, and business growth initiatives.

He also gained significant leadership experience at Anheuser-Busch InBev through several senior global roles, including CFO and Head of Partnerships, Non-Alcohol, Global Head of Non-Alcohol Partnerships and M&A, and Global Head of Internal Consulting.

His professional journey further includes leadership experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Enel Green Power, as well as roles in venture capital, investment banking, and advisory services, showcasing a diverse global business background.

Alongside his executive responsibilities, Ale continues to contribute as an angel investor, board leader, and entrepreneurship advisor at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

With expertise spanning finance, innovation, energy, and emerging technologies, Ale’s appointment is expected to support Radiant’s long-term commercialization and growth strategy.
