Rachel Tibor takes on expanded leadership role as CMO of TBC Corporation’s wholesale division

In her new role, Rachel joins the executive team and will lead TBC’s insight-driven wholesale go-to-market strategy. She will oversee marketing leadership, brand positioning, and customer engagement while reporting directly to President and CEO Don Byrd.

Rachel joined TBC Corporation in 2023 as Group Vice President, Wholesale Marketing. During her tenure, she led wholesale strategy initiatives focused on strengthening brand equity, customer relationships, and strategic market growth across North America.

Before joining TBC, Rachel served as Executive Director, Global Brands at Tenneco, where she managed long-term strategic planning and global brand development for major aftermarket automotive brands including Monroe, Fel-Pro, and Walker. In this role, she helped drive transformational growth initiatives across the business.

Prior to that, Rachel spent more than 10 years at Office Depot in several senior leadership roles, including Director, Private Brand Strategy and Growth and Marketing Director, Category Initiatives & Own Brand Management. She played a key role in shaping multi-billion-dollar private brand portfolios and omni-channel growth strategies.

Earlier in her career, Rachel worked with Procter & Gamble, where she developed strong expertise in strategic marketing, commercial operations, media management, and sourcing initiatives across hundreds of leading consumer brands in North America and global markets.

With more than 20 years of experience across consumer goods, retail, and automotive sectors, Rachel brings extensive expertise in brand transformation, customer-centric innovation, and strategic marketing leadership to her expanded role at TBC Corporation.
