Prodevans Technologies has appointed Dhanashree Raaj as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She will lead the company’s global people strategy, with a focus on supporting organisational growth, developing leadership capabilities, improving employee experience and building a high-performing, people-centric workplace culture.
Before joining Prodevans Technologies, Raaj worked as a Fractional CHRO and independent HR consultant. She advised organisations on HR strategy, organisation design, senior-level recruitment, workforce planning and talent management priorities.
She previously served as Associate Director – Human Resources Business Partner at ANSR, where she worked closely with business leaders on talent strategy, organisational culture, performance management, succession planning, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and change management.
Earlier, Raaj held several leadership positions at IIFL Samasta Finance, eventually becoming General Manager – People, Culture, DEI, Talent Strategy & Corporate Communication. Her responsibilities included people strategy, organisational effectiveness, total rewards, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, culture transformation, employee experience, HR analytics and governance.
Her professional experience also includes heading the HR function at NetServ Technologies and holding HR leadership roles at Sensiple Software Solutions and HCL Technologies. During these assignments, she worked across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR technology, learning and development, workforce analytics, organisation design and HR governance.
Earlier in her career, Raaj held HR positions at Professional Access Software Development, PayPal/Covansys India and Infosys Technologies. Her experience across the technology, financial services and global capability centre (GCC) environments includes HR business partnering, compensation and benefits, succession planning, rewards and recognition, workforce planning, employee relations and organisational transformation.
Raaj holds an MDBA in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. In her new role, she brings expertise in people strategy, HR business partnering, organisational effectiveness, talent management, total rewards, culture transformation, employee experience and workforce strategy to support Prodevans Technologies as it enters its next phase of growth.
