In this expanded role, Prashant will lead Delhivery’s in-city operations, manage the company’s capacity ecosystem, and strengthen its franchisee business to drive direct sales growth and operational scale.
Prashant joined Delhivery in July 2024 as Senior Vice President – Operations, where he played a key role in improving logistics infrastructure, operational efficiency, process excellence, and large-scale supply chain execution. His elevation reflects the company’s confidence in his operational leadership and execution capabilities.
Before joining Delhivery, Prashant served at Ecom Express as Country Head – Operations and Chief Process Officer. During his tenure, he led nationwide logistics operations, process transformation, network standardisation, and cost optimisation initiatives.
Earlier, he held the position of Vice President and Chief Process Officer at Ecom Express, focusing on operational resilience and process excellence.
Prior to that, Prashant spent several years at Paytm in multiple leadership roles including Head – Payments Merchant Management, Business Head – Paytm Wholesale, National Head – Customer Acquisition, and Head of Operations – Paytm E-Commerce. His responsibilities included leading merchant operations, logistics, customer experience, supply chain innovation, and business expansion initiatives across large-scale customer and merchant ecosystems.
He also spent nearly 5 years at Amazon India as part of the company’s early logistics leadership team. During this period, he worked on network expansion, last-mile delivery infrastructure, regional operations, logistics innovation, compliance, and corporate affairs, contributing to the growth of Amazon’s delivery network across India.
Prashant began his professional journey as a Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics. He is also an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where he completed his PGDM and graduated among the top 5% of his batch.
With extensive experience across logistics, e-commerce, payments, supply chain, operations, and business transformation, Prashant brings strong strategic and operational expertise to Delhivery’s next phase of growth.
