Tanvi Swami joins PepsiCo to lead marketing for Pepsi, 7UP and Mirinda

PepsiCo has appointed Tanvi Swami as Marketing Director for Pepsi, 7UP, and Mirinda.

In her new role, she will lead the marketing strategy and brand growth for some of the company’s flagship beverage brands, drawing on her extensive experience in building and scaling leading consumer brands.

Before joining PepsiCo, Tanvi served as Marketing Director at Pernod Ricard, where she led premium spirits brands, including Chivas Regal and The Glenlivet.

Over her 16-year career, she has also held key marketing positions at Britannia Industries Limited, managing brands such as Britannia 5050, Tiger, and Little Hearts. She also worked at Kellogg Company, where she oversaw brands including Chocos, Special K, and Muesli, while driving growth across ₹1,000 crore-plus brand portfolios.

Her appointment reflects PepsiCo’s focus on strengthening the leadership of its beverage portfolio as it continues to drive brand growth and market presence.
