NTT DATA has appointed Hani Nofal as the Regional Head for Technology Solutions in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), starting May 1, 2025. In this role, he will lead the growth of NTT DATA’s Technology Solutions in the MEA region, working with local teams to create and execute a growth strategy that aligns with global goals.

“His exceptional leadership in building high-performance teams, extensive expertise in digital, security, cloud, and networking solutions, and impressive track record in business transformation make him the ideal person to drive our Technology Solutions business forward across the region,” Turnley-Jones added.
Nofal brings over 27 years of experience as a technology executive and thought leader in the IT industry. Before joining NTT DATA, he held senior positions in various global and regional technology firms. He is known for his leadership style that promotes respect and accountability, earning him several accolades, including Technology Innovation Leader of the Year and various partner awards.

Nofal holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Communication Engineering from the University of Jordan and has completed Leadership and Sustainability Studies at MIT Professional Education.
