This promotion marks another significant step in Singh’s journey with PayU, where he has steadily advanced through multiple product leadership roles. Over the years, he has played an important role in shaping product strategy, driving execution, and enhancing core payment offerings that support the company’s evolving payments infrastructure.
Prior to his elevation, Singh served as Associate Director – Product at PayU. Earlier, he held the positions of Senior Product Manager and Product Manager – Payments, where he was responsible for developing and scaling payment solutions, improving customer experiences, and supporting the company’s product growth initiatives.
Before joining PayU, Singh worked with ICICI Bank as Product Manager – UPI, where he focused on driving product development and innovation in India’s rapidly growing digital payments ecosystem. His experience in UPI-based products helped strengthen his expertise in payment systems, user experience, and financial technology solutions.
Earlier, he served as Product Manager – EDC Devices (Card & UPI Payments) at Paytm, where he worked on payment acceptance solutions and merchant-focused payment technologies. During this period, he gained valuable experience in managing payment products across card and UPI ecosystems.
His professional journey also includes a role as Product Manager at Payso Fintech Pvt Ltd., where he further developed his expertise in fintech products, payments innovation, and digital financial services.
Before transitioning into product management, Singh began his career in technology and analytics as a Software Analyst at Accenture. He also gained early industry experience through a stint at Aphelion Finance Private Limited, building a strong foundation in technology, finance, and business operations.
With experience spanning product management, digital payments, UPI, merchant solutions, fintech innovation, and technology development, Singh has built a strong reputation within the payments industry. His elevation to Director – Product reflects both his professional growth and PayU’s confidence in his ability to lead the next phase of product innovation and growth.
