New Relic has appointed Shubham Vernekar as Senior Field Marketing Manager for India. 

In his new role, he will lead strategic field marketing initiatives and strengthen the company’s market engagement across the region.

Vernekar joins the role after a successful 2-year tenure at Redis. He brings nearly 5 years of experience in the technology sector, combining expertise in software engineering with enterprise technology marketing.

Earlier in his career, Vernekar held backend engineering roles at LivePerson and Moonfrog Labs, where he worked on conversational AI platforms, database optimization, and system scalability. His technical background, combined with his marketing experience, enables him to connect complex software solutions with effective go-to-market strategies.

His appointment reflects New Relic’s continued focus on expanding its presence in India and strengthening engagement with the country’s growing developer and enterprise ecosystem. In his new position, Vernekar will drive high-impact marketing initiatives to support the company’s regional growth strategy.
