Reliance and SoftBank-backed Netradyne has acquired Moove Connected Mobility, a Europe-based fleet intelligence and connected mobility company, as part of its strategy to expand operations across the European market.
The acquisition marks Netradyne’s formal expansion into Europe, which the company considers a key strategic region. By integrating its AI-powered fleet safety and mobility platform with Moove’s regional expertise, customer relationships, and operational capabilities, Netradyne aims to accelerate growth across the continent.
Following the acquisition, Moove will operate under Netradyne Europe and serve as a central hub for regional sales, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships. Jeroen Bruinooge, former CEO of Moove, will join Netradyne as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Europe, where he will lead the company’s regional growth and go-to-market initiatives.
The combined platform will focus on improving fleet safety, enhancing driver performance, and increasing operational efficiency for enterprise customers. The integration is also expected to provide a unified AI-powered fleet management platform across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Founded in 2015, Netradyne has raised more than $260 million from investors including Reliance Industries and SoftBank. In 2025, the company secured $90 million in a Series D funding round, taking its valuation beyond $1.3 billion and helping it achieve unicorn status.
Netradyne currently supports thousands of fleet customers globally, while Moove provides connected mobility and fleet optimization solutions to enterprise clients across Europe.
