Doug brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, managed services, cloud communications, and technology-driven businesses. Throughout his career, he has led organizations through growth, operational expansion, strategic transformation, M&A integration, and organizational development across both private equity-backed and public company environments.
Before joining NetCarrier, Doug served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at WANRack, where he led strategic growth and operational expansion initiatives. Earlier, he held leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer at FirstLight Fiber and served in multiple President-level positions at Windstream and PAETEC, overseeing sales, operations, managed services, market development, and wholesale business functions.
