Based at the company’s Northbrook headquarters, Sonal will support enterprise transformation, operational performance, leadership alignment, and post-acquisition value creation initiatives.
Ms. Trivedi brings more than 20 years of experience advising Fortune 100 companies, multinational organizations, and high-growth businesses through large-scale transformation programs across operations, governance, culture, and strategic execution. Her appointment reflects Hilco Global’s continued focus on strengthening integrated operational and value creation solutions for clients.
During her career, Ms. Trivedi has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across healthcare, energy, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications sectors in more than 100 countries. Her expertise includes organizational transformation, M&A integration, operational readiness, executive alignment, and change leadership programs designed to improve scalability, execution, and long-term business performance.
Before joining Hilco Global, she founded The COMO Group, advising boards, executive teams, and organizations on transformation strategy, operational alignment, and sustainable growth initiatives. Earlier, she held leadership roles at Flowserve Corporation, Katalyst Technologies, and Alcatel-Lucent, now part of Nokia, where she managed complex global transformation and operational improvement programs.

Ms. Trivedi holds a Global Executive MBA from WU Executive Academy and the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and has been recognized for leadership and transformation work, including being featured in Forbes DACHS.
