MiPhi Semiconductors has appointed former Intel HR leader Nupur Shrivastava as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) as the company expands its operations and capabilities across India’s memory, storage and AI infrastructure ecosystem.
MiPhi Semiconductors is a joint venture between Micromax Informatics and Phison Electronics. The company said the appointment will support its efforts to build next-generation memory technology capabilities and strengthen its organisational foundation for future growth.
Shrivastava brings more than 20 years of experience across global technology companies, including Intel, Arm, Nokia and Honeywell. Her experience includes organisational design, leadership development, succession planning, talent strategy, large-scale transformation and M&A integration.
She most recently served as Head of People and HR Senior Director for Intel India and APAC, where she led people strategy across more than 10 countries. Her responsibilities covered engineering, product, foundry, sales and corporate operations.
At MiPhi, Shrivastava will oversee people and organisational strategy, including:
- Building leadership capabilities
- Strengthening talent acquisition and development
- Shaping organisational culture
- Supporting workforce growth and scalability
- Building the organisational foundation for future expansion
Rahul Sharma, Co-founder of MiPhi Semiconductors, said people and culture are as important as technology and product development for the company’s long-term ambitions. He added that Shrivastava’s experience with global technology organisations will support MiPhi in attracting talent, developing leaders and building a high-performing organisation.

Her background includes more than 20 years of HR leadership, regional HR experience across APAC, and recognition on the Global Power List of Women HR Leaders.
