Before joining Millennium Semiconductors, Khemka served as Chief Financial Officer at Duroshox Private Limited. Prior to that, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer at NRB Bearings Limited, where he further strengthened his expertise in finance leadership and enterprise management within manufacturing-led businesses.
Earlier, Khemka was associated with VST Tillers Tractors Ltd, where he served as Chief Financial Officer after a brief tenure as Vice President – Finance. During this period, he built strong capabilities in strategic finance leadership and business support across the engineering and manufacturing sector.
Khemka also worked as Chief Financial Officer at Integrated Food Park Limited, expanding his finance leadership experience across diverse industries. A significant part of his career was spent at Cipla, where he served as Associate Director – Finance for nearly 10 years, gaining deep expertise in financial controls, operations, and support within a leading pharmaceutical organisation.
Khemka’s career reflects consistent growth across finance leadership roles spanning semiconductors, automotive components, bearings, tractors, food infrastructure, and pharmaceuticals. With multiple CFO assignments and a strong track record in financial oversight, he brings a well-rounded and experienced finance leadership profile to his new role.
