In a move to reinforce governance and strategic leadership, HCLTech has appointed Kimsuka Narsimhan as an Independent Director. Her addition is expected to enhance the board’s oversight across audit, risk, and long-term strategic priorities.
Narsimhan brings decades of global experience in financial leadership and board governance. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Kimberly-Clark, where she led financial strategy and operations at scale.
She has also held independent director roles at Meesho, Bharti Airtel, and AstraZeneca India, contributing to board-level decision-making and governance practices.
Earlier in her career, Narsimhan held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo and Unilever, where she built deep expertise in finance, governance, and managing multinational operations.
Her appointment reflects HCLTech’s continued focus on strengthening board capabilities with seasoned global leaders.
