Lockton has appointed Lewis Morgan as its Regional Head of HR – MENA, expanding his leadership responsibilities as he takes charge of the company’s people strategy across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
In his new role, Morgan will oversee talent strategy, organisational culture, and workforce development while supporting business growth across the region. His appointment follows a strong track record in strategic human resources leadership, business partnering, and organisational development across the insurance, healthcare, education, and professional services sectors.
Prior to this promotion, Morgan served as Regional Human Resources Business Partner – MENA at Lockton, where he worked closely with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives. His promotion reflects his contribution to building high-performing teams and delivering impactful HR initiatives across the organisation.
Before joining Lockton in 2025, Morgan spent more than 4 years at Atrium Underwriters Ltd, progressing from HR Business Partner to Senior Human Resources Business Partner. During his tenure, he supported business transformation, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development. He also served as a Shadow Board Member at the City HR Association, contributing to discussions on the future of HR leadership and the profession.
Earlier in his career, Morgan was Regional HR Business Partner at Cygnet Health Care, supporting around 1,400 employees across the East of England. He also held leadership roles at The Boxing Academy as Business Manager, Senior Management (HR, Finance, Risk) and at St Dominic’s Primary School, where he managed finance, HR, health and safety, and statutory compliance.
Morgan began his HR career as a Recruitment Officer at Redbridge College, building his expertise in talent acquisition and people management. He also holds a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications, along with studies in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Anglia Ruskin University.
His appointment reflects Lockton’s continued investment in strengthening its HR leadership and people strategy across the MENA region.
