Karnataka Bank teams up with Pine Labs to boost PoS payment solutions across India

In a move to strengthen its digital payments ecosystem, Karnataka Bank has entered into a partnership with Pine Labs Ltd to offer advanced point-of-sale (PoS) solutions to its customers.

The collaboration aims to enhance digital payment capabilities for retail and MSME customers by enabling access to modern, user-friendly PoS terminals across the bank’s network.

Raghavendra S Bhat, Managing Director and CEO of Karnataka Bank, said, “This partnership aligns with our vision of becoming the ‘Digital Bank of the Future’. Pine Labs offers user-friendly and reliable PoS solutions that play a vital role in today’s digital payment ecosystem. This collaboration will enable our retail and MSME customers to seamlessly access advanced PoS terminals, thereby promoting digital adoption and driving mutual growth.”

Raja BS, Chief Operating Officer of the bank, highlighted the bank’s continued focus on customer needs. “We encourage our customers to take advantage of this service, which will now be available at all our branches across the country,” he said, adding that the partnership will help deliver next-generation digital payment solutions.

The tie-up reflects Karnataka Bank’s efforts to expand its digital offerings and support wider adoption of cashless payment systems.
