In this role, Mr. Gorki will lead the AI strategy and analytics agenda across APAC businesses. His mandate includes embedding artificial intelligence into core operations, scaling high-impact AI solutions, and ensuring responsible governance while driving enterprise growth.
Before joining JPMorganChase, he was Partner and Lead – AI & Data, Financial Services Industry for Southeast Asia at Deloitte. He led strategic growth, client engagements, and capability building in AI and data, and delivered large-scale transformation programs, including Deloitte’s first Gen AI implementation for a major Southeast Asian bank.
Earlier, Gorki spent nearly 10 years at DBS Bank as Executive Director and Head – Business Solutions at the Group Data Analytics Center of Excellence. During this period, he built and scaled enterprise analytics capabilities, embedded AI/ML into business processes, and enabled a data-driven operating model across customer journeys and business functions.
He also worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager, leading consulting engagements for leading ASEAN banks across digital transformation, IT strategy, and merger integration programs.
Gorki began his career at Oracle Financial Services Software, where he spent over a decade delivering global banking transformation projects, including internet and mobile banking rollouts and managing complex data and risk systems for financial institutions.
With over 20 years of experience across Asia, Gautam Gorki brings deep expertise in analytics, AI transformation, financial services strategy, and enterprise capability building, positioning him to drive JPMorganChase’s next phase of innovation in the region.
