Fresh leaks have revealed new details about the upcoming iQOO Neo 11S, including its expected launch timeline, pricing and key specifications. The smartphone, which was earlier expected to debut in July, is now reportedly scheduled to launch in China in August.
According to the latest information, the iQOO Neo 11S is expected to start at CNY 3,000, approximately Rs. 42,800. The smartphone is tipped to be available in 4 configurations: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB. It may also arrive in Light White, Shadow Black and Wind Chaser colour options.
The device is expected to feature a flat 2K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It is also tipped to pack an 8,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging, matching details previously revealed through a 3C certification listing linked to the V2545A model number.
Other expected features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
While the latest leak does not reveal the processor, earlier reports suggest the smartphone could be powered by an underclocked version of MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset. This aligns with an earlier Geekbench listing for the Vivo V2545A model, which is believed to be the iQOO Neo 11S.
The benchmark listing showed the device with the MT6993 chipset, approximately 16GB of RAM and Android 16. It reportedly achieved a single-core score of 3,395 and a multi-core score of 10,312 in Geekbench testing, indicating flagship-level performance.
Although iQOO has not officially confirmed the smartphone or its launch date, the latest leaks suggest the Neo 11S could soon join the company’s premium smartphone lineup above the iQOO Neo 11.
