In his new role, Gautam will lead the company’s business strategy, commercial growth and expansion initiatives, supporting Instamart’s continued growth in India’s quick commerce market.
Gautam brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the technology, healthcare and consulting sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of OYO’s International Hotels & Homes business, where he led the company’s global hospitality operations.
Prior to OYO, Gautam held senior global leadership positions at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, contributing to strategic business growth and transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he also worked at McKinsey & Company, building expertise in business strategy, operations and organisational growth.
His appointment reflects Instamart’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership team and accelerating business expansion with experienced industry leaders.
