Highlighting evolving hiring priorities, LinkedIn has released its ‘2026 Top Companies’ list, with Infosys securing the top position for career growth in India. Accenture and Amazon follow in second and third place, respectively.
The 10th edition of the annual ranking features 25 large companies and is largely dominated by technology firms, global consulting players, and financial institutions. JPMorgan Chase and SAP secured the fourth and fifth spots.
This year’s list saw 10 new entrants, with notable additions including NVIDIA, HP, Microsoft, SanDisk, Marvell Technology, and Thomson Reuters, along with SAP.
From a geographic perspective, Bengaluru continues to lead as the top talent hub for these organisations, followed by Hyderabad. Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai remain key hiring centres for large enterprises.
The report also points to a shift in hiring trends. Companies are increasingly seeking professionals who combine technical expertise with strong human skills such as communication and problem-solving—areas where AI has limited capability.
