In a move that reflects its bold ambition to transform and embrace the future, Indo National Limited, the parent company of the well-loved brand Nippo, has unveiled pivotal leadership promotions aimed at fueling its journey into emerging sectors. This strategic realignment forms a part of Indo National’s broader vision to diversify into home care and new-age industries, reinforcing its legacy with modern innovation.
Under this leadership evolution, Amit Kumar Sharda has been elevated to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), while Suresh V now steps into the newly appointed position of Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO). These leadership advancements are designed to build deeper resilience within Indo National while paving the way for agile, forward-thinking operations.
Pavan Kumar, CEO of Indo National, shared his thoughts on this pivotal restructuring:
“We have undertaken this leadership restructuring to gear up for the next phase of our journey. It is a strategic step towards strengthening the company’s core, building future-ready capabilities, and driving sustained growth across all verticals. These changes are a testament to our succession planning process and will help us build a more agile organization, ready to seize new opportunities.”
In his new role, Amit Kumar Sharda, who earlier helmed HR responsibilities, will lead with a focus on nurturing talent, advancing leadership at all levels, and embedding a spirit of inclusivity and innovation within the organization.
“As CHRO, my role is centered around shaping and leading our people strategy in alignment with the organization’s long-term vision. We aim to build a future-ready workforce driven by excellence, inclusivity, and innovation. A key priority will be strengthening leadership at every level and leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience,” said Amit.
On the supply chain front, Suresh V, formerly Head of Sourcing, will drive operational excellence across the entire value chain. His focus will lie in building an intelligent, tech-powered network that balances cost, speed, and resilience.
“My goal as Chief Supply Chain Officer is to ensure seamless, efficient operations while driving innovation and profitability. I’ll focus on building a resilient, tech-enabled supply chain that supports long-term growth. By streamlining processes and empowering agile teams, we aim to deliver sustained impact across the value chain,” he shared.
With more than 50 years of market heritage, Indo National is now setting the stage for a fresh chapter — one driven by people, process, and purpose. Indo National’s reimagined leadership fabric stands as a testament to its unwavering commitment to progress.
