In her new role, Mamta will lead enterprise sales, managed office solutions, design and build transactions, channel partner relationships, and strategic workplace solutions across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
Mamta will focus on driving business growth, strengthening client acquisition efforts, advancing workplace strategies, and enhancing customer success initiatives across the region.
Bringing more than 10 years of experience, Shetty has built a strong career across enterprise sales, commercial real estate, flexible workspaces, managed office solutions, business development, and client relationship management.
Prior to joining Incuspaze, Mamta spent over 5 years with Redbrick Offices, where she held leadership positions including Associate Director and General Manager. During her tenure, she played a key role in business growth initiatives, enterprise client engagement, workspace solutions, and operational leadership.
Earlier, she served as General Manager at Workafella, where she contributed to business expansion and customer-centric workspace solutions.
Before that, Shetty worked as Area Manager at IWG plc, managing workspace operations, client engagement, and commercial growth initiatives.
Her professional journey also includes roles at Hiranandani Communities, where she supported commercial sales and leasing activities, and Awfis Space Solutions, where she served as Senior Manager – Sales.
In addition, she held leadership and business development positions with The Regus Group, The Executive Centre, and Romell Group. These roles helped her build extensive expertise in enterprise sales, commercial leasing, flexible workspace solutions, business development, and customer relationship management.
Over the course of her career, Shetty has developed strong capabilities across enterprise sales, workplace strategy, managed office solutions, coworking and flexible workspaces, commercial real estate, channel partnerships, client acquisition, business growth, and customer success.
