In his new role, Rohit will lead the company’s global operations, strategic initiatives, and business growth agenda across key international markets.
As CEO, he will oversee a multi-hundred-million-dollar global P&L and lead a workforce of more than 700 employees. His responsibilities include end-to-end strategic leadership and operational scaling of manufacturing assets located in the United States, Saudi Arabia, and India.
Narang brings 25 years of leadership experience in the specialty chemicals industry, with a strong track record of driving growth, business transformation, and global expansion.
Prior to joining Aquapharm Chemical, he held senior leadership roles at Eastman Chemical Company, where he managed global P&L responsibilities for large specialty chemicals portfolios across multiple market segments. During his tenure, he also played a key role in leading multi-billion-dollar mergers and acquisitions transitions and strategic business initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Narang held positions spanning business development, corporate strategy, and global project execution at Solutia Inc., Emerson Electric, Siemens AG, and Hutchison. These roles helped him build extensive expertise across international business operations, strategic planning, and market expansion.
An alumnus of the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School, Narang also holds an MBA from Washington University’s Olin Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from UP Technical University.
With deep expertise in profitable growth strategies and international market expansion, Rohit ’s appointment marks an important step in Aquapharm Chemical’s global growth journey and long-term business ambitions.
