In a major push to support Indian startups globally, IIT Madras Global Research Foundation, also known as IITM Global, has launched a new deep-tech hub in Menlo Park near Silicon Valley. The announcement was made during the SelectUSA Investment Summit.

Backed by an initial investment of $4.5 million from IITM Global, the new center will focus on research and startup incubation. The hub is designed to help Indian startups connect with global markets and expand their international presence.

The facility will provide startups with access to venture ecosystems, mentorship opportunities, research collaborations, and industry partnerships. The initiative aims to create stronger global exposure for Indian innovators and deep-tech ventures.

Along with the Menlo Park hub, IITM Global has also announced plans to open a second center on the US East Coast. The upcoming expansion is expected to further support Indian entrepreneurs looking to enter global markets more easily.

The move highlights IITM Global’s growing focus on building international opportunities for startups through research, innovation, and cross-border collaboration.
